As a Team Supervisor, you will play a key leadership role in ensuring the smooth operation of our team.
You will drive execution and make informed decisions to achieve seamless delivery of customer experiences.
Your responsibilities will include handling customer inquiries, gathering feedback, and fostering positive interactions.
To excel in this position, you must be able to handle multiple tasks efficiently, manage your time effectively, and prioritize your work.
Key Responsibilities:- Handle customer inquiries, gather feedback, and support positive customer interactions.
- Ensure smooth coordination between team members, customers, and orders to deliver efficient and effective service.
- Provide guidance, feedback, and recognition to team members to enhance productivity and performance.
- Enforce safety, security, and operational policies, including crisis management protocols.
- Manage inventory levels, stock replenishment, vendor check-ins, and cash handling procedures.

The hourly range for this position is $19.00 - $25.65 , commensurate with position, experience, and location. Employees in this position will receive a $2.00 shift differential for hours worked between 12am-6am.
This role offers an exciting opportunity to opt into a 4-day work week, providing more time to balance personal life.
Requirements and Qualifications- High School Diploma or GED equivalent
- Must be 18+ years old with reliable transportation
- Flexible availability to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays, to meet business needs
- Supervisory experience in retail, food service, or fuel industries is beneficial
- Ability to communicate effectively, solve problems, and build relationships
