Your Key Responsibilities

As a Technical Writer, you will be responsible for creating clear, actionable instructions and resources to help developers and users effectively utilize the platform in a self-service manner.

You will create content that showcases how to use our platform in practice, including code samples, tutorials, videos, and demos. This will involve acting as a knowledge multiplier in application development and security, driving scalable growth for our organization.

  • Create and maintain technical content such as product references, API documentation, developer guides, and reference architectures.
  • Produce code examples, step-by-step tutorials, and practical guides showcasing real-world product usage.
  • Write articles on technical topics that educate and engage readers, providing insights relevant to their interests and use cases.
  • Develop solution-oriented content and use cases that demonstrate how our products solve real business and technical challenges.
  • Record videos, technical walkthroughs, and product demos to support developer learning.
  • Create and maintain technical glossaries and relevant learning materials to ensure consistent understanding of our products and ecosystem.
