**About the Role**
We are seeking a highly skilled Logistics Optimization Specialist to join our team at Lenovo. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for analyzing, optimizing, and guiding the deployment of our logistics network in Brazil.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Engage with logistics service providers to drive optimization and increase efficiency.
- Manage logistics and warehousing vendor performance.
- Collaborate across broad teams to fully understand business requirements and influence and lead logistics and fulfillment solution design.
- Fully understand logistics and warehousing costs structures in the country, checking operations vs billing.
- Create and analyze monthly logistics cost reports.
- Collaborate with counterparts in the country to assess and align on best practices.
- Guide optimization of warehouse and logistics management processes with the 3PLs.
**Requirements**
- Bachelor degree or above.
- Outstanding analytical and data capabilities.
- 5 years working experience in logistics.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work cross functionally in an international environment.
- Detail-oriented.
- Outstanding analytical capabilities and familiarity with Excel & PPT, SAP, Power BI experience is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills - Fluent Portuguese speaking, Advanced English speaking.
