Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled system-level engineer to join our team and contribute to the development of our next-generation private cloud infrastructure.

The ideal candidate will have experience working on low-level Go codebases, designing and implementing system-level software, and collaborating with distributed teams. They will be responsible for modeling data, designing database schema, and implementing data storage in a SQL database. Additionally, they will maintain code quality through static analysis, unit testing, and system testing.

Requirements:

  • Programming experience in Go and C
  • Knowledge of networking and storage technologies
  • Experience with two or more of: cloud computing, virtualization, containers, distributed systems, open source community
  • Curiosity, flexibility, articulation, and accountability
  • Soft skills such as enterprising, thoughtful, and self-motivated
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, STEM, or similar field
