Quality Specialist Job

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Specialist to support the deployment of innovation and operating existing production in our Latin American markets.

  • This role is ideal for candidates with a solid food industry background and experience in operations and/or R&D as a Quality Manager or Specialist.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Support the Category efforts in deploying innovation and operating existing production through standards, competencies, improvements etc. to the LatAm Markets;
  2. Ensure food safety, compliance and competitive quality of Nestl\'s products by providing expertise, leadership, coaching and training to manufacturing sites, contract manufacturers, corporate organizations, regional cross functional teams across the complete value chain (i.e. marketing, sales, factories, procurement and the supply chain) within the specified organization, focusing in the Infant Cereals product category;

Requirements:

  • A solid food industry experience (Manager, R&D specialist or Expert);
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in operations and/or R&D as Quality Manager or Specialist in the supported product category;
  • Proven capability of leading projects;
  • Experience working in projects involving different factories/markets in the supported product category;
  • Proven knowledge of the different existing Technologies & Products for Infant Cereals;
  • Proven track record in delivering results by working with cross-functional teams (with or without direct reports) for high complexity projects;
  • Proven capability of developing, coaching and leading people.

Working Conditions:

  • Field: 6 factories and 1 CoMan inside LatAm;
  • Business or Product Categories: Infant Cereals & Healthy Snacks;
  • Site of working: Sao Paulo - SP - Brazil.
