R&D Research Manager

">About the Role:

We are seeking a seasoned Research Manager to lead our R&D team in cutting-edge enzyme matrix development and registration processes. As part of our innovative team, you will plan, manage, and report research trials to elucidate mode of action and develop supporting data for product sales. You will also present trial results to the scientific community through journal articles, scientific forums, and conferences.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan and manage research trials to achieve project goals
  • Develop and implement strategies to support product sales
  • Present research findings to stakeholders and industry experts
Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need a PhD in Animal and Poultry Science, Nutrition, Physiology or Biochemistry. You should have experience with feed formulation, statistical software (SAS, JMP), wet chemistry and various feed related laboratory assays. A postdoctoral background in Nutrition or similar science is highly valued.
