Supply Chain Manager

Job Description:

As a key member of the logistics team, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient flow of goods and products through our production facilities. This involves overseeing all operational activities related to fractionation, separation, and loading, as well as providing resources and support to our teams.

Responsibilities include:

  • Coordinating the separation and preparation of products for loading and monitoring their transportation from production to storage.
  • Managing the shipment of products from storage to transported vehicles and ensuring that cargo loaded into vehicles complies with packing lists.
  • Working directly with service providers to analyze and evaluate activities, request improvements when necessary, and ensure compliance with established procedures.
  • Ensuring the correct transfer of products from production to finished goods inventory and analyzing any nonconformities found.
  • Providing support to internal customers to ensure smooth raw material supply processes and coordinating with external customers to meet product quality, technical specifications, and delivery time requirements.

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field and at least 3 years' experience in logistics and transportation distribution. People management experience and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite are also essential. Knowledge of SAP systems, BI tools, and S&OP is preferred. Additionally, basic English and Spanish language skills are required. Raw material distribution and supply knowledge as well as products, packaging, and forklift/pallet truck operation experience are desired.
