Key Responsibilities- Prepare and review Income Tax Returns for US businesses and individuals.
- Escalate project issues in a timely manner with a proactive solution-based approach.
- Contribute to ad hoc projects, including research, project management, and data collection activities as required.
- Organize tasks based on due dates.
- Act as clients' primary point of contact.
- Hold a degree in Accounting, Business Management, or a related field.
- At least 2-3 years of experience in US tax.
- Experience in US income tax (federal and state).
- Advanced English language skills.
- Demonstrate critical thinking, attention to detail, and strong analytical skills.
- Advanced MS Office knowledge, particularly Excel.
- Be passionate about the startup & VC ecosystem.
- Have an innovative mindset.
