Job Title: Digital Marketing Team Lead

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Team Lead to join our team at Bestlyfe Group. As a Digital Marketing Team Lead, you will be responsible for leading our digital marketing efforts and developing strategies to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and Implement Digital Marketing Strategies: Create and execute comprehensive digital marketing plans to achieve business objectives.
  • Lead a Team of Digital Marketing Professionals: Manage and mentor a team of digital marketing professionals to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.
  • Conduct Market Research: Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and conduct market research to identify opportunities and challenges.
  • Optimize and Improve Digital Marketing Campaigns: Analyze the performance of digital marketing campaigns and make data-driven decisions to optimize and improve their effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, and customer success, to ensure alignment and effective communication.

Requirements:

  • 5+ Years of Experience in Digital Marketing: Proven experience in digital marketing, with a strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including search engine optimization (SEO), pay-per-click (PPC) advertising, social media marketing, and email marketing.
  • Leadership and Management Experience: Experience leading and managing a team of digital marketing professionals, with a strong track record of developing and mentoring team members.
  • Strong Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to analyze complex data and make data-driven decisions to optimize and improve digital marketing campaigns.
  • Excellent Communication and Collaboration Skills: Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
