Experience Required:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual with +2 years of experience as a Release Train Engineer or Scrum Master and +5 years of experience in a software development environment.
Education:
A Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Engineering, Business Informatics, or a similar area is required.
Technical Qualifications:
Experience in the vehicle manufacturing, IT, and/or building platforms is essential. The ideal candidate must be able to identify risks and issues and escalate appropriately. Experience with project management/dev tools such as JIRA, Confluence, DevOps, etc. is also required.
Main Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will be responsible for strategic alignment and organizational readiness for project planning and development. They will also be the client Development Process owner, gatekeeper for milestones approval, and accountable for the client Governance Handbook.
Additionally, they will secure projects integration, identify risks, synergies, redundancies, and dependencies. They will construct and maintain a Portfolio Roadmap and manage the Portfolio, coordinate main events at a portfolio level, and coordinate documentation at all levels.
The ideal candidate will also prepare the client transition towards PI planning events, foster discussions on business context that enable product vision and connect to digital, architectural vision, and development practices.
They will promote DevOps and continuous delivery, assist Business Owner on economic decision-making, and make value flow without interruption.
