Dynamic After Sales Careers

We are expanding our team and currently have 6 open positions for professionals who want to grow with us.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage product pricing, define commercial strategies, and oversee volumes, KPIs, P&L;
  • Develop and launch new products (batteries, oil, tires, accessories, chemicals);
  • Lead marketing campaigns and CRM strategies;
  • Build and develop the Aftersales team.
Requirements:
  • Degree in Business Administration, Automotive Engineering, or related fields;
  • 5+ years of experience in automotive After Sales;
  • Advanced English;
  • Strong leadership, analytical skills, and results-driven mindset.
Role 1: Marketing and Planning Manager

Key responsibilities:

  • Define pricing strategies and margin policies for spare parts;
  • Develop and introduce new products into the market;
  • Provide technical and commercial support to dealerships;
  • Manage supplier negotiations and contracts.
Role 2: Parts Pricing & Product Development Specialist

Key responsibilities:

  • Implement quality frameworks for customer service;
  • Define and monitor key performance indicators;
  • Conduct audits, call monitoring, and team training;
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives.
Role 3: Call Center & Quality Manager

Key responsibilities:

  • Monitor dealer performance and workshop efficiency;
  • Develop customer satisfaction initiatives and handle escalated complaints;
  • Provide technical and non-technical training to dealerships;
  • Conduct competitor analysis and support market strategy.
Role 4: CSI Quality Consultant

Key responsibilities:

  • Implement quality systems across the dealership network;
  • Monitor and analyze customer satisfaction indicators;
  • Conduct audits and recommend action plans;
  • Support After Sales KPIs reporting and management.
Role 5: Tech Training Specialist & Technical Publications

Key responsibilities:

  • Prepare and maintain technical documentation;
  • Manage translation suppliers and publications;
  • Develop and deliver technical training;
  • Organize resources and logistics.

Location and work-mode:

  • On-site in Morumbi region (Rochaverá building in front of Shopping Morumbi)
