Marketing Manager Role

The primary objective of this position is to execute the market brand strategy locally, ensuring consistent execution across all country touchpoints. This integrated approach will drive brand and category objectives forward.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the main point of contact for Culture Marketing initiatives within the organization.
  • Develop and manage a portfolio of partners (artists, influencers, content creators) to achieve Brand and Category objectives.
  • Oversee adidas Brazil's cultural initiatives in territories such as music, fashion, sports, and art, working closely with influencers and managing content production and measurement.
  • Maintain strong relationships with partners and their staffs, aligning efforts with Brand and Category objectives.
  • Plan and execute budgets to ensure alignment with approved plans and priorities.
  • Manage third-party agencies to provide quality service to partners.
  • Ensure partner activation guidelines are followed and aligned with Brand Comms strategy.
Requirements and Skills
  • Effective stakeholder management (internal and external)
  • Strong team player with excellent communication skills
  • Knowledge or previous experience in Culture/Influencer Marketing
  • Fluent English language proficiency (writing and verbal)
