About the Role

We are seeking a proactive HR Business Partner to join our Human Resources team. This individual will be responsible for providing guidance on HR issues, analyzing trends and metrics related to employee retention, and staying updated on labor regulations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Hold regular meetings with business units and management to provide HR guidance
  • Analyze data to develop solutions for increasing employee retention
  • Stay current on labor regulations and ensure compliance
  • Provide guidance on interpreting HR policies
  • Solve complex employee-related problems
Requirements
  • Previous experience in similar positions within the area
  • Knowledge of labor regulations in Argentina and Latin America
  • Experience in the IT industry or regional responsibility (desirable)
  • Advanced English level
  • Flexibility and ability to work independently
