Job Overview

The Human Resources Operations role is a key position within our organization that plays a crucial part in ensuring a seamless onboarding process for new employees. This includes welcoming and guiding them through their induction, as well as addressing any questions or concerns they may have during their tenure.

Work Modality

This position operates remotely, allowing the successful candidate to work from anywhere.

Main Responsibilities
  • Hiring: Manage end-to-end hiring processes, including conducting interviews and coordinating job offers.
  • Onboarding Presentations: Deliver and coordinate induction sessions to ensure new hires are properly integrated into the organization.
  • Employee Queries and Requests: Act as the point of contact for employee inquiries, handling HR-related requests and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Visa Process Follow-up: Monitor and provide support in employee immigration and visa procedures, ensuring compliance with local regulations.
  • Offboarding (via Ticketing System): Manage employee exits, including documentation, exit interviews, and system updates, ensuring all processes are completed through the company's ticketing system.
Requirements
  • Advanced proficiency in English and Spanish (spoken and written) is essential.
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in Human Resources. (Junior)
  • Proficiency with Windows tools.
  • Familiarity with ticketing systems.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with AirTable.
  • Process mapping knowledge.
Required Knowledge
  • Onboarding and Offboarding processes.
  • Business-level English and Spanish.
