**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a highly skilled SAP expert to join our team. As an SAP specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of all ADM systems.
The successful candidate will possess a deep understanding of SAP processes and technical expertise in key integration points across modules and technical components.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide in-depth analysis and resolution of user-raised tickets within SLA limits.
- Collaborate with integration, process teams, development teams, and third-party support providers to resolve issues.
- Design and configure minor enhancements following ADM standards, documenting functional design specifications.
- Perform thorough testing, including regression testing, before releasing solutions for user validation.
- Follow ADM IT processes in daily activities.
- Update incident, problem, and service tickets regularly and accurately, documenting resolutions in the service management tool.
**Requirements:**
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Excellent knowledge of SAP processes and technical expertise in key integration points.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
