About the Role

  • The successful candidate will work closely with senior engineers, product managers, and other stakeholders to develop and implement technical roadmaps, architecture, and system designs.
  • They will collaborate with the team to identify and prioritize technical challenges, develop solutions, and ensure effective execution of projects.
  • Key responsibilities will include contributing to the technical vision and direction of the team, participating in code reviews, and mentoring junior developers to elevate team capabilities.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential for this role, as the successful candidate will need to effectively communicate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or related field, with 5+ years of full-time engineering experience.
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality software and contributing to impactful projects.
  • Experience in hands-on software development with thoughtfulness of scale, latency, and distributed architecture.
  • Highly efficient coding in Golang, Java, or similar languages.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to execute on a product roadmap.
  • Desirable Skills
  • Algorithm and Data Structures fundamentals, including hash tables, trees, stacks, queues, linked lists, DFS, BFS.
  • Experience working at large companies (10k+ employees).
  • Experience with international stakeholders.
