We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team at Amazon. As a key member of our Corporate Talent Acquisition team, you will be responsible for cultivating talent sourcing channels, developing relationships with hiring managers, and closing searches against tight deadlines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Contribute to developing strategies related to recruitment that will contribute to the long-range growth, implement new processes, and develop standard operating procedures that fit within Amazon's mission to deliver the highest quality results to the customer.
- Recruit passive candidates and gauge candidate skill sets against open roles.
- Build and maintain a network of potential candidates through proactive market research and ongoing relationship management.
- Interview candidates within the framework of the position specification. Screen, interview, and prepare an ideal candidate slate within an appropriate and consistent timeline.
- Work closely with Business, TA, and HR leaders to influence and deliver a quality assessment and candidate experience through all aspects of the recruitment funnel.
- Lead and/or participate in cross-business/cross-company special projects and initiatives related to talent acquisition.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree
- Corporate and/or search firm recruiting experience including sourcing or full life cycle recruiting
- Experience building and utilizing a variety of sourcing plans and tools
- Experience using Contact Management System/Applicant Tracking System for sourcing, tracking, and managing candidates
- Experience managing and prioritizing multiple searches, projects, and client relationships
- Strong client focus and commitment to continuous improvement; ability to proactively network and establish effective working relationships, continually seek new sourcing options, and develop creative approaches to delivering candidates to the customer
- Strong communication skills, organizational and client management skills
- Passion for and proven success creating and implementing successful diversity strategies
- Ability to execute recruiting strategy, including employer promotion in the marketplace, candidate management, diversity sourcing, and interview process
- Ability to build and develop strong sourcing strategies through the use of various recruiting channels/platforms
- Possess strong analytical skills with the ability to create, measure, and scale the right workflow between candidates, hiring managers, and the recruiting team
