Mobile User Acquisition Marketing Director

**Job Summary:**
Bullfinch Recruitment is seeking a highly experienced Mobile User Acquisition Marketing Director to spearhead user growth initiatives for our esteemed clients in the social gaming industry.
**About the Role:**
We are looking for a dynamic marketing leader with 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, focusing on user acquisition for mobile apps. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the gaming ecosystem, player behavior, and industry trends. They will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive user acquisition strategies, managing app traffic campaigns, and driving significant user growth for gaming apps.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Develop and implement user acquisition strategies to drive app installs and engagement.
- Manage and optimize app traffic campaigns across social media, ad networks, and other digital channels.
- Conduct in-depth analyses of campaign performance, including cohort, LTV, and ROI analysis.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to define KPIs, track performance metrics, and report on the effectiveness of user acquisition efforts.
- Test new acquisition channels and tactics to continuously improve campaign performance and drive user growth.
**Requirements:**
- 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, focusing on user acquisition for mobile apps.
- Demonstrated success in managing app traffic campaigns and driving significant user growth for gaming apps.
- Deep understanding of the gaming ecosystem, player behavior, and industry trends.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex data sets and derive actionable insights.
- Experience with digital marketing platforms such as IronSource, Unity Ads, Applovin, and other ad networks commonly used in the gaming industry.
**What We Offer:**
