Detailed Job Description:

  • A seasoned professional with 10-15 years of experience in Oracle ERP applications, specifically SCM modules.
  • Expertise in at least three SCM modules (Supply/Demand/Sales & Operations Planning, Fusion Product Data Hub, Fusion Procurement) is essential.
  • Proven expertise in Oracle solutions, including Fusion Cloud ERP and EBS, with a minimum of 5 end-to-end implementations.
  • Strong influencing and negotiation skills are required for success in this role.
  • Must be willing to travel for long-term assignments.
  • Graduate degree and relevant industry experience are highly desirable.

About the Role:

  • As an SCM Lead, you will serve as the primary point of contact for customers, building strong relationships and providing expert technical advice.
  • You will work independently, applying advanced technical and business skills to resolve complex customer issues.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment are crucial for success in this role.
  • Industry standard certifications are a plus, but not required.
  • Candidates should possess creativity, personal drive, influencing and negotiating skills, and the ability to build effective relationships.
