Job Title: Supply Chain Management Expert
About This RoleThis is a critical position for an experienced professional to lead the implementation and management of Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP's Supply Chain Management modules.
- Expertise in at least three SCM modules, including Supply/Demand/Sales & Operations Planning, Fusion Product Data Hub, Fusion Procurement, Order Management, Inventory Management, Manufacturing, Maintenance, Logistics, and Distribution, is essential.
- Proven experience in Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP, Oracle EBS, WMS, and OTM-related domains with at least 5 end-to-end implementations is required.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for customers, facilitating strong customer relationships.
- Offer advice and assistance to internal employees dealing with diverse customer situations and escalated issues.
- Perform duties with high autonomy, regularly reporting customer status and technical matters to management.
- Be sought after by customers and employees to provide expert technical advice.
- 10-15 years of overall experience, with 6+ years of consulting/solutioning/implementation experience in Oracle ERP application.
- Must be a graduate, and domain/industry experience will be an added advantage.
