Senior Backend Engineer

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Senior Backend Engineer to lead initiatives to enhance database performance and develop robust backend systems capable of handling high data volumes.

This role involves designing and optimizing databases to improve performance, scalability, and efficiency. You will also build and maintain efficient, scalable back-end systems to handle high data volumes, prioritizing the optimization of revenue-driving features.

Additionally, you will design, develop, test, and maintain software applications with an emphasis on performance, reliability, and scalability. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to translate high-level concepts into actionable, effective software solutions.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 4+ years of experience with Python
  • Hands-on experience building tools using Streamlit for Snowflake
  • Strong knowledge of SQL and experience working with Snowflake
  • Experience with dbt (data build tool) for data transformation and modeling
  • Upper-Intermediate English Level
