Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze project schedules to identify critical path and float for inclusion in system reporting.
  • Perform product data analysis by verifying scan data against 3D design models using proprietary techniques developed by the engineering team.
  • Generate customer reports within agreed-upon service level agreements, working closely with the Product and Engineering teams to improve report quality.
  • Organize and transfer monthly customer files into designated locations for access by engineering tools and internal team members.
  • Maintain and update software, debug issues, and collaborate with the technical team as needed.
  • Communicate effectively throughout the workday via Slack, Jira tickets, direct calls, and conference calls (Zoom).
  • Participate in office training and onboarding programs to learn necessary communication and processing software platforms.

Requirements:

  • At least 3 years of experience in construction management, focusing on creating and managing project schedules.
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering.
  • Experience working on data center, hospital, or biopharmaceutical projects.
  • 1+ year of experience creating technical reports for customers.
  • Proficiency in Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project scheduling software.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Fluency in English.
