Restaurant Team Lead Position

We are looking for a skilled and motivated individual to lead our team. As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the restaurant, managing staff, and providing excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage and motivate a team of staff to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.
- Conduct performance appraisals, provide feedback and coaching to staff as needed.
- Ensure all health, safety and hygiene standards are maintained.
Our ideal candidate will have previous experience in a leadership role, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work well under pressure.
