We are seeking a results-driven leader to oversee a team of customer-centric professionals.
This position requires someone with strong leadership skills who can provide guidance and support to their team members, while also driving business growth and meeting client expectations.
The ideal candidate will have experience in managing teams, providing coaching and development opportunities, and resolving escalated client issues.
Responsibilities- Lead daily activities to ensure work is completed on time with attention to quality, priorities, and goals; manage associate schedules and timekeeping.
- Train and coach associates to execute Service Standards and recognize outstanding contributions.
- Prepare tax returns as required and handle onsite escalated client service concerns.
- Prior experience in a customer service or shift leader role, supervising or managing people.
- Successful completion of the Tax Knowledge Assessment or Income Tax Course if preparing tax returns.
- Annual continuing education and ability to meet IRS and applicable state requirements.
- Computer proficiency with MS Office and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
