About this role:

Legal Support Specialist

We are seeking a Junior Legal Counsel to join our team. As a key member of the legal department, you will provide corporate legal services, including commercial consulting, contract drafting and risk assessment.

  • Drafting tech-based agreements and documents (IP licenses, SaaS contracts, software provisions, NDA's etc.)
  • Staying up-to-date with multi-national regulations and norms in Latam.
  • Aiding with local regulatory authorities for live casino studio development.
  • Assisting in building a scalable foundation for Brazil's live casino studio.
  • Maintaining records of local and global policies and procedures.
The Ideal Candidate:
  • Licensed lawyer in Brazil with issued professional card.
  • Goal-oriented and driven for excellence.
  • Proficient in English and Portuguese (writing and reading).
  • Experienced in fast-paced and tech-based environments.
  • Adaptable to multi-national and multi-cultural legal work.
