Cloud Computing Expert
We are seeking a highly skilled Genesys Cloud Consultant to implement and integrate cloud solutions for our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Advanced English Proficiency: Strong written and verbal communication skills in English are essential for this role.
- Genesys Framework and Architecture Knowledge: Good understanding of SIP Protocols, Genesys Framework, and Architecture is required.
- Reporting Components: Familiarity with CCPulse/Pulse, ICON, Infomart, and CXInsights reporting components is necessary.
- Troubleshooting Experience: Good troubleshooting experience in Genesys infrastructure is expected.
- Genesys Product Knowledge: Strong understanding of Genesys Products such as Design call-Flow Architect/ Script/ Data Actions/ Data table is required.
- Integration Experience: Integration with Salesforce, Genesys API's, PCI PAL, and GenAI is expected.
- Cloud Component Knowledge: Familiarity with Genesys Cloud Components like Google CCAI chat bot and predictive engagement is necessary.
- Gateway Protocols: Good knowledge of Gateway protocols: SIP and MGCP is required.
- ITIL Knowledge: Strong understanding of ITIL concepts such as Incident, Change, and Configuration Management is expected.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Genesys Cloud implementation and integration.
- Demonstrated expertise in Genesys Framework and Architecture.
- Strong understanding of SIP Protocols and Gateway protocols.
- Familiarity with reporting components such as CCPulse/Pulse, ICON, Infomart, and CXInsights.
Working Conditions:
