Job Title: Junior Analyst
Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Junior Analyst to join our team in Juiz de Fora, MG.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct integrated tests as part of the Integration Department;
- Prepare necessary artifacts for correct documentation of integrated tests to validate software architecture;
- Analyze failures and defects to identify possible causes and guide development teams in searching for corrections;
- Supervise and support the implementation and maintenance of products;
- Develop plans and scenarios for testing related to software qualification and components;
- Execute procedures for testing software;
- Ensure the quality of software delivered by the laboratory;
- Configure and operate existing simulators in the test laboratory;
- Aid in predictive/maintenance of the test laboratory;
- Identify and analyze failures in software, collect evidence, and record occurrences in testing tools;
- Generate Test Reports and ensure deliveries;
- Communicate defects found in tests to developers;
- Analyze bugs and defects and propose solutions to improve the product;
- Develop estimates of work;
- Automate processes to accelerate work in the scope of the department;
- Communicate results to leadership.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in Railway Operations;
- Advanced English for communication;
- Intermediate/advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio);
- Experience in creating test plans for systems;
- Experience in creating test cases;
- Knowledge of programming languages;
- Knowledge of agile methodologies such as SCRUM, Kanban, etc.;
- Knowledge of computer networks;
- Windows operating systems.
Work Environment:
- Acting on the scope of the Integration Segment in Brazil;
- Working on projects in Brazil, India, and USA;
- Developing test plans and scenarios related to software qualification and components;
- Executing test procedures;
- Ensuring the quality of software delivered;
