ICQA Area Manager

As an ICQA Area Manager, you will be responsible for leading and supervising a team of hourly associates in Inventory Control/Quality Assurance operations.

  • Lead and supervise a team: You will lead and supervise a team of hourly associates in Inventory Control/Quality Assurance operations within the Fulfillment Center.
  • Champion safety initiatives: You will champion safety initiatives and ensure full compliance to maintain a safe and secure work environment for all associates.
  • Coordinate inventory control: You will coordinate inventory control maintenance and random counts aligned with network strategies, ensuring SOX compliance and consistency.
  • Measure quality and accuracy: You will measure quality, inventory integrity, and accuracy, delivering actionable feedback to the operations management team.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Conduct shift planning and forecasting: Conducting shift planning and forecasting while effectively assigning and directing work.
  • Identify root causes: Identifying root causes of inventory deviations using cause-and-effect methodologies and implementing corrective actions.
  • Drive quality initiatives: Driving and supporting network-wide Fulfillment & Operations-focused quality initiatives.
  • Review customer complaints: Reviewing and analyzing customer complaints and process defect data, developing comprehensive action plans to minimize future occurrences.
  • Promote process improvements: Promoting process improvements while developing your team's capabilities to keep pace with our rapid growth, fostering a culture of excellence and engagement.
