We are seeking a highly skilled Human Resources Generalist to join our team in Sao Paulo. As a key member of our HR team, you will play a critical role in supporting people operations, talent acquisition, and helping us scale our business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Talent Acquisition: Source, interview, and create offers for top talent, ensuring a seamless hiring process.
  • Onboarding and Welcome Experience: Provide a memorable welcome experience for new hires, create a positive first impression, and foster a collaborative work environment.
  • Supporting Operations: Assist with office scheduling, manage agendas, book travels, and perform other administrative tasks.

Requirements
