Job Description

As a senior maintenance professional, you will collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams to implement and optimize data-driven strategies for critical rotating equipment. Your role will focus on condition monitoring, technical analysis, and providing actionable recommendations to enhance equipment reliability, availability, and operational performance.

We are seeking a technically skilled professional with strong experience in predictive maintenance and rotating machinery diagnostics. You should be able to work across teams to support continuous improvement and contribute to the development of strategic initiatives.

  • Monitor and analyze data from inspection and test results, focusing on vibration analysis and lubricant analysis to detect early signs of equipment failure.
  • Diagnose equipment condition and recommend corrective and predictive maintenance actions.
  • Create notifications and service orders in CMMS to ensure accurate execution of maintenance activities.
  • Evaluate intervention effectiveness by analyzing results and calculating avoided costs.
Required Skills and Qualifications

Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in Mechanical, Mechatronics, or related fields.
  • Proven experience in predictive maintenance, reliability, and diagnostics of rotating equipment.
  • Advanced skills in vibration analysis, spectra interpretation, and condition monitoring data.
  • Knowledge of lubricant analysis and interpretation of physicochemical and particulate parameters.
  • Familiarity with maintenance management systems like SAP PM, Maximo, or equivalents.
  • Experience with asset monitoring systems like OSIsoft PI, SCADA, or similar.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of industry standards such as API, ISO, and NR-13. They should also have experience with failure analysis methodologies (FMEA, RCA, RCM).
