Job Summary:
The role of a Solutions Consultant/Services is to deliver value from our intelligently packaged services and products to solve customers' business challenges.
- Develop, test, and implement replicable and scalable solutions to drive new business growth, expand market share, and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Lead strategic consulting activities to unlock the value of our firm's offerings for customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement Electronic Trading Solutions projects, focusing on Consultancy - workflow workshops, Customer Requirements Gathering, workflow analysis, Solutions integration, Systems configuration, systems installation, training, and Quality Assurance.
- Evolve into a Subject Matter Expert in customer business workflows and related solutions packages and products, providing Treasury domain expertise to customers relative to solution propositions.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions with peers on experience gained in the solutions projects.
- Deliver functional and/or technical training to customers based on scope to be delivered.
- Drive implementation practices in Professional Services.
- Create, review, and maintain all technical documentation and manuals related to developed software.
- Assume complex/small/medium development projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, with high levels of quality, and in line with customer expectations.
Essential Skills (Must have):
- At least 4 years of experience in the Financial Services Sector implementing Treasury Solutions, eCommerce solutions, Risk management solutions.
- Treasury workflow knowledge around Forex, Money Markets.
- Strong communication and presentations skills adaptable to different audience levels.
- Ability to create documents such as requirements docs, specification docs, Technical Architecture diagrams, configuration documents, operational procedures, workflow diagrams etc.
- Techno-Functional skills and a track record of successfully delivering large, multi-streamed projects through the full project cycle within specified timescales and budget.
