We are seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Expert to join our team. As a key member of the Finance Operations team, you will be responsible for effectively managing all payment processes, including payments to vendors, properties, and customers.
Key Responsibilities:- Process pay-outs to vendors, affiliates, outsource service providers, properties, and customers with accuracy and within a timely manner.
- Post invoices, banking operations, and follow up with P2P processes.
- Ensure payments are processed in a timely manner and reconcile transactions with accuracy.
- Proactively work with stakeholders to ensure alignment on processes and share knowledge and best practices.
- Identify and follow-up on process opportunities directly impacting daily activities within the team.
- 2-3 years of relevant experience in AP, AR, Credit Control, Purchase, OM, Accounting, Treasury, or Administration.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance or studying in the field.
- Proficient in both spoken and written English.
- Strong computer skills.
- Experience working with integrated systems (SAP, Ivalua, or others).
