Senior Customer Experience Architect

We are seeking a Senior Full Stack Developer to join our team.
This is a full-time remote role for a long-term assignment, focusing on automation-first solutions to support the client's growing customer base. You will elevate their customer support operations through AI and agentic applications, optimizing intelligent systems that enhance customer experience across all support channels.
As an experienced developer, you will build and provide support to existing agents and applications. You will participate in the client's team ceremonies and other sessions.
Required Skills and Qualifications- Strong English communication, writing, and verbal skills.
- Experience working independently and remotely.
- Experience building AI agents and integrating with AI APIs.
- Experience building end-to-end applications with technologies like JavaScript, React.js, Python, and Node.js.
- Experience with REST APIs and system connectivity.
- This is a PJ hire with competitive pay in USD.
- 100% remote work.
