
Customer Support Specialist

We are looking for an experienced customer-facing professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of ownership and task follow-through, with excellent communication skills and the ability to switch between customer support and internal operations tasks as needed.
The primary responsibilities of this role include providing timely and professional customer support via email, chat, and phone, as well as learning the product in detail and assisting with scanner setup, programming, and troubleshooting.
Additionally, the successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate customer logs and records, updating and maintaining the internal Knowledge Base content for recurring issues and fixes, and tracking global shipments and ensuring timely delivery.
Qualifications- As close to perfect English skills - both written and verbal.
- 3+ years of experience in a similar customer-facing or support role
- Professional email communication.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proven track record of ownership and task follow-through
- Resourcefulness and problem-solving mindset
- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills (especially Excel and Outlook)
- Bonus: Experience with Amazon Seller Central
- Bonus: Technical background or comfort with tech troubleshooting
