Customer Support Specialist

We are seeking a Customer Support Specialist to provide exceptional support and services to clients. This role requires excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.

The ideal candidate will have native English speaking skills and be able to communicate effectively with clients. They will also have strong customer service skills and be able to troubleshoot issues and come up with solutions.

  • Client & Applicant Communication: Provide prompt support for inquiries, respond to questions, and offer guidance.
  • Platform Management & Issue Resolution: Troubleshoot feature issues, monitor bug / support requests.
  • Feedback & Continuous Improvement: Track and share client / applicant feedback with internal teams to enhance platform features.

This is a full-time remote position that requires working between 7 a.m. and 4 p.m. EST. We offer competitive salaries, yearly growth opportunities, and company shares for all team members.
