Role Overview

This role is focused on delivering exceptional customer experiences via multiple support channels. A successful candidate will have a proven track record of providing timely and professional support while escalating complex cases when needed.

Key responsibilities include maintaining accurate customer logs, updating the internal knowledge base, and collaborating with global teams to ensure seamless operations.

Required Skills
  • Proficiency in written and verbal English (C1+ level).
  • At least 3 years of experience in a similar customer-facing or support role.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Strong problem-solving mindset and resourcefulness.
  • Intermediate Microsoft Office skills (Excel and Outlook).
  • Bonus: Experience with Amazon Seller Central and technical troubleshooting.

Job Requirements
  1. Provide timely and professional customer support via email, chat, and phone.
  2. Assist with scanner setup, programming, and troubleshooting; no prior knowledge required.
  3. Escalate complex cases when needed while ensuring follow-up and resolution.
  4. Maintain accurate customer logs and records.
  5. Update and maintain the internal Knowledge Base content for recurring issues and fixes.
  6. Support e-commerce operations across our website and marketplaces.
  7. Manage worldwide stock levels and coordinate with warehouses.
  8. Assist with new order placements and prevent stockouts.
  9. Support product launch campaigns and ensure marketplace listings are accurate.
  10. Communicate with global suppliers and partners.
  11. Help with internal process documentation and task tracking.
