Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized professional to manage relationships with small and medium-sized business owners.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Clinet Onboarding: Oversee the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring smooth transitions and setting expectations for ongoing service.
  • Clinet Relationship Management: Serve as the main point of contact for SMB owners, understanding their business needs and translating those into actionable strategies.
  • Internal Coordination: Communicate effectively with the internal delivery team to ensure client requests and concerns are addressed promptly and accurately.
  • Clinet Support: Handle client inquiries, either resolving issues personally or collaborating with the delivery team for additional data or solutions as needed.
  • Upsell and Cross-sell Opportunities: Identify opportunities to upsell additional services and close deals to enhance the client's digital marketing strategy.
  • Reporting & Strategy Meetings: Conduct monthly reporting meetings with clients to review results, discuss recommendations, and create new opportunities for upsell and cross-selling.
Requirements:
  • Digital Marketing Expertise: Proven track record managing clients in web development, SEO, PPC, or related digital marketing services.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal teams.
  • Strategic Thinking: Ability to think strategically and creatively to drive business growth and client satisfaction.
  • Upselling Expertise: Experience in identifying upsell opportunities and converting them into revenue-driving actions.
