Program Coordinator Position

We are seeking a skilled professional to support our online programs. As a Program Coordinator, you will work closely with academic staff and faculty members to ensure program quality.

  • Provide administrative support to academic staff and faculty, manage course schedules, and maintain records and databases.
  • Act as the primary contact for students, handling administrative requests, technical issues, and inquiries.
  • Monitor student enrollment and progress, offering guidance as needed.
  • Facilitate communication between academic staff and students, ensuring prompt responses to queries.
  • Coordinate from start to finish to ensure timely assessment and feedback delivery.
  • Plan and coordinate events, seminars, and workshops to support student learning and engagement.
  • Liaise with tutors to ensure timely assessment and feedback delivery.
  • Maintain records, reports, and program-related documentation.
About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Program Coordinator. The successful candidate will have excellent organizational and communication skills, managing multiple tasks effectively.

  • Proficiency in English (C1+), other languages are a plus.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Education, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years in a similar role, preferably in higher education.
  • Familiarity with online learning management systems and educational technologies.
