Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled Helpdesk Specialist to join our small, agile team. As a key member of our global operations, you will provide exceptional customer support via email, chat, and phone while working closely with our internal teams.
Responsibilities:
- Provide timely and professional customer support by learning our product in detail and resolving issues efficiently.
- Assist with scanner setup, programming, and troubleshooting, ensuring accurate customer logs and records are maintained.
- Escalate complex cases when needed and follow up to ensure resolution.
Operational Support:
- Track global shipments and ensure timely delivery.
- Support e-commerce operations across our website and marketplaces.
- Manage worldwide stock levels and coordinate with warehouses.
- Assist with new order placements and prevent stockouts.
- Support product launch campaigns and ensure marketplace listings are accurate.
Qualifications:
- English skills at C1+ level (written and verbal).
- 3+ years of experience in a similar customer-facing or support role.
- Professional email communication.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proven ownership and task follow-through.
Bonus Qualifications:
- Experience with Amazon Seller Central.
- Technical background or comfort with tech troubleshooting.
