Job Opportunity

We are seeking a Product Support Specialist to join our team in a hybrid role combining Helpdesk support and global operations.

Helpdesk Responsibilities:

  • Deliver timely and professional customer support via email, chat, and phone.
  • Acquire detailed knowledge of the product and assist with scanner setup, programming, and troubleshooting.
  • Escalate complex cases when necessary while ensuring follow-up and resolution.
  • Maintain accurate customer logs and records.
  • Update and maintain internal Knowledge Base content for recurring issues and fixes.

Operational Support:

  • Monitor global shipments and ensure timely delivery.
  • Support e-commerce operations across our website and third-party marketplaces.
  • Assist with managing worldwide stock levels and coordinating with warehouses.
  • Support new order placements and help prevent stockouts.
  • Contribute to product launch campaigns and ensure marketplace listings are accurate.
  • Communicate with global suppliers and partners.
  • Assist with documenting internal processes and task tracking.

Requirements:

  • Professional English skills (C1+).
  • At least 3 years of experience in a similar customer-facing or support role.
  • Effective email communication.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proven track record of ownership and task follow-through.
  • Resourcefulness and problem-solving mindset.
  • Intermediate Microsoft Office skills (especially Excel and Outlook).
  • Bonus: Experience with Amazon Seller Central.
  • Bonus: Technical background or comfort with tech troubleshooting.

The ideal candidate will be able to adapt between customer support and internal ops tasks as needed, working independently and taking ownership of outcomes.
