* Investigating ethics and compliance concerns, communicating investigation outcomes, and following up on corrective actions.
* Leading the enhancement of Lear's Ethics & Compliance program through training, communication, and collaboration with key stakeholders.
* Reviewing compliance data to identify potential risk areas for audit review.
* Preparing materials for presentation to the European leadership team and functional leaders.
* Supporting the improvement and development of self-service reporting tools/capabilities.
* Conducting legal research and analysis of findings related to existing and new legal, regulatory, and contractual requirements.
* Drafting internal memoranda and summaries on research findings and presenting findings to leadership.
* Providing thought leadership on compliance excellence and the reputation of the organization.
* Establishing and maintaining open lines of communication, internally and externally, to effectively deliver department objectives and services.
Requirements:
* Full fluency in English and at least one more major European language (or Arabic) - any additional language would be a plus.
* Minimum of 5 years of relevant legal, audit, or comparable compliance experience.
* University degree in Law or Economics; Master Degree in Law or Economics would be a plus.
* Experience working with a global team.
* Experience with compliance investigations (or similar), including financial-related investigations.
* Outstanding analytical and communication (written and verbal) skills and exercises good business judgment.
* Ability to effectively communicate with Senior Management on a global level.
* Team player with a collaborative work style.
* A high attention to detail, process, and organization.
* Ability to travel around 40% of the time within the region for investigations and training.
