Android Application Specialist Job Description

The Android Application Specialist is responsible for creating high-performance applications that cater to a global user base. This role requires expertise in Kotlin, an understanding of Android architectures, and the ability to deliver responsive, secure, and real-time features.

  • Develop and maintain Android applications using Kotlin to support large trading volumes.
  • Implement custom UI components for an intuitive user experience.
  • Optimize real-time data feeds by integrating and optimizing real-time data processing with exchange APIs using WebSockets and REST.
  • Leverage modern Android frameworks such as Jetpack Components and Coroutines to ensure scalable, maintainable, and efficient code.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and ship new features.
  • Maintain robust performance, security, and reliability in a high-stakes trading environment.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, develop, and deploy high-quality Android applications.
  • Ensure seamless integration with existing infrastructure.
  • Identify and resolve technical debt to ensure codebase stability.
