Private Equity Professional

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to join our Private Equity team in São Paulo. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a dynamic and entrepreneurial environment, driving strategic investments in Brazil and Latin America.

About the Role
  • Job Summary: The ideal candidate will have experience in Private Equity, Venture Capital, Investment Banking, M&A, or Capital Markets, with a strong background in technology.
  • Key Responsibilities: Support the origination, evaluation, and execution of investment opportunities, conduct in-depth financial modeling, valuation, and due diligence across multiple industries, especially tech-driven businesses.
Requirements
  • Experience: 4+ years of experience in Private Equity, Venture Capital, Investment Banking, M&A, or Capital Markets.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree from a top-tier Brazilian or international university.
  • Languages: Fluency in English is required; fluency in Spanish is strongly preferred. Portuguese is mandatory.
  • Mindset: Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
