Principal SAP EAM Technical Lead

This role involves leading complex projects from design to delivery, collaborating with diverse teams across time zones, and facilitating workshops, design reviews, and stakeholder meetings. Occasional late-night calls may be required.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead end-to-end implementation and support of SAP PM and SAP S/4HANA EAM, including configuration, Fiori Apps, ABAP, SAP SSAM mobile app, RSH and authorization roles.
- Manage complex projects, gathering business requirements, designing solutions, configuring systems, testing, and providing post-go-live support.
- Develop expertise in plant decommissioning processes and phases, as well as SAP PM/EAM data migration using LSMW and Data Migration Cockpit.
- Enhance knowledge of maintenance processes, such as Corrective, Preventive, and Predictive maintenance.
- Promote practical experience in managing projects efficiently and effectively.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience in technical leadership roles, ensuring readiness for the responsibilities of this position.
- Advanced English language skills.
