We are seeking a skilled Social Media Insights Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our social media strategy department, you will be responsible for analyzing and providing insights on organic social media campaigns.

About the Role:

  • Job Summary: You will work closely with our project teams to provide expert analysis and recommendations on organic social media strategies, channel optimization, and reporting.
  • Main Responsibilities:
    • Develop and own dashboards and reports that track OKRs and KPIs across multiple client accounts.
    • Work across various client accounts to ensure the best delivery and results in organic social media campaigns.
    • Continuously provide insights to internal teams and clients based on data analysis of organic social media performance.
    • Benchmark and measure organic social media activities and influencer marketing initiatives.
    • Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly data/intelligence reviews with project teams, providing strategic recommendations for continual improvement in organic social media performance.

Requirements:

  • Mandatory 2 years of experience in a client-facing role analyzing and providing insights for organic social media strategies
  • Strong understanding of measurement and analytics of organic social media campaigns, channel optimization, and reporting
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
