Position Overview:

We are looking for a talented Social Media Advertising Specialist to oversee and enhance our paid social media initiatives. The successful candidate will possess a comprehensive understanding of various social media platforms, data analytics, and campaign refinement. Your role will involve crafting strategies, executing campaigns, and analyzing outcomes to maximize return on investment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Formulate and execute strategic plans for paid social media initiatives that align with business goals, target demographics, and market insights. Establish objectives, budgets, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Design, implement, and manage advertising campaigns across platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn. Create engaging ad copy and select appealing visuals.
  • Identify and engage specific audience segments to improve ad performance utilizing demographic, behavioral, and psychographic insights.
  • Track and evaluate campaign effectiveness using analytical tools and metrics. Important metrics include click-through rates (CTR), conversion rates, cost per click (CPC), and return on ad spend (ROAS).
  • Continuously assess data to discover optimization opportunities. Make informed adjustments to enhance ad performance, including refining targeting, modifying budgets, and experimenting with creative components.
  • Prepare regular reports summarizing campaign performance, insights, and strategic recommendations. Effectively communicate results to stakeholders to inform future strategies.
  • Manage advertising budgets to ensure efficient resource allocation. Monitor expenditures and adjust as necessary to remain within budget while achieving targeted outcomes.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related discipline.
  • Demonstrated experience in managing paid social media campaigns.
  • Data-driven mindset with proficiency in social media analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager).
  • Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
  • Fluency in English.
