Client Relationship Manager

We are seeking an experienced Client Relationship Manager to lead our client partnerships. As the primary point of contact, you will maintain excellent communication with clients at all levels, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Sales strategy development: Grow existing client revenue and generate new business opportunities through value-based upselling.
  • Client satisfaction: Meet expectations and keep clients informed about critical account activity.
  • Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs): Own and lead QBRs to drive account growth and renewal.
  • Revenue target achievement: Meet contracted revenue targets and drive incremental growth within accounts.
  • Account planning: Develop and implement account plans to drive pipeline growth.
  • Renewal ownership: Ensure successful account renewals and manage all sales, revenue, and key account information in Salesforce.
  • Client interface: Act as the key liaison between clients and Acxiom product/support teams.
  • Status escalation: Serve as the escalation point for status, issues, problems, and feedback to clients/stakeholders and teams.
  • Negotiation: Negotiate contracts on behalf of the company.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
  • 10+ years' experience selling marketing technology solutions, preferably in Financial Services.
  • Analytical problem-solving skills and ability to strategize for better solutions.
  • Solid negotiation skills and ability to build strong interpersonal relationships.
  • Multitasking, prioritization, and time management skills.
  • Data, digital, and/or marketing services industry experience; preferred 7+ years in an account leadership role in sales, marketing, or agency environment for Financial Services.
