Job Opening for AI Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Artificial Intelligence (AI) specialist to fill a key role in our organization.

The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing advanced AI systems that interact with IBM DB2 databases. They will also optimize queries and data flows through intelligent automation, collaborate with database administrators, data engineers, and stakeholders to align solutions with business objectives, and ensure the integrity, compliance, and security of data processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement AI agents that interact with IBM DB2 databases.
  • Optimize queries and data flows through intelligent automation.
  • Collaborate with database administrators, data engineers, and stakeholders to align solutions with business objectives.
  • Evaluate and recommend AI frameworks (e.g., LangChain, AutoGen, LlamaIndex).
  • Ensure integrity, compliance, and security in data processes.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years' experience as AI Specialist for IBM DB2 Databases OR similar.
  • Proven experience in applied AI.
  • Solid experience in IBM DB2 administration, complex queries, and performance tuning.
  • Experience integrating AI services (LangChain, AutoGen, Semantic Kernel).
  • Experience with data pipelines, ETL, and APIs.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or IBM Cloud).
  • Knowledge of data security and compliance standards.
  • English C1 (Advanced)

Nice to have:

  • Experience with legacy systems (Delphi, Crystal Reports, TMS).
  • Knowledge of logistics/fleet management.
