HR Business Partner: Strategic Talent Leader

The role of the HR Business Partner is a vital position within our organization. It requires a skilled professional who can drive strategic HR initiatives that support business growth, culture, and organizational effectiveness.

As an HR Business Partner, you will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies that align with business goals. This includes partnering with senior leadership and management to design and implement organizational structures that enhance efficiency and support business growth.

Key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Developing and implementing HR strategies that align with business goals
  • Designing and implementing organizational structures that enhance efficiency and support business growth
  • Coaching and developing leaders to build strong leadership capabilities across the organization
  • Providing expert guidance on organizational design, talent management, employee relations, and performance management
  • Leading cross-functional projects and working in a matrix environment to collaborate with global teams to drive HR initiatives
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as an HR Business Partner or in a similar strategic HR role
  • Fluent in English (both written and spoken)
  • Strong interpersonal and influencing skills with the ability to build trusted relationships at all levels in a remote and hybrid environment
  • Proven experience in organizational design, including org structure development, job architecture, and operating model design
  • Strong track record in coaching and developing leaders at various levels
  • Demonstrated experience using AI tools and technologies in HR processes (e.g., talent analytics, recruitment, or employee engagement)
