Senior Software Solutions Architect

We are seeking a seasoned software engineer to design and deliver scalable, secure, and impactful solutions using the Pega Platform.
Key Responsibilities- Design, develop, and implement applications on the Pega Platform (BPM, automation, workflows, decisioning).
- Collaborate with Product, Architecture, and QA teams to ensure delivery quality and performance.
- Build modular, reusable, and scalable solutions following software engineering best practices.
- Apply design patterns and architecture principles to complex solutions.
- Leverage advanced knowledge in data structures (lists, queues, trees, graphs, hash tables), algorithms (search, sorting, recursion, backtracking, dynamic programming), and algorithm complexity (Big O notation).
- Perform troubleshooting, performance optimization, and complex problem-solving.
- Mentor junior developers and share best practices in coding and system design.
- Contribute innovative ideas to enhance the project and future technology roadmap.
- Senior-level software engineer with strong back-end and front-end development expertise.
- Solid experience in Java, REST/SOAP APIs, SQL, and enterprise system integration.
- Advanced knowledge of programming logic, data structures, algorithms, and performance analysis.
- Pega Platform experience is desirable (CSA, CSSA, or LSA certifications are a plus).
- Preferred experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and DevOps/CI-CD practices.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills in cross-functional teams.
- Advanced English is required to work with international teams and stakeholders.
